Prestolok composite pneumatic push-to-connect fittings streamline assembly by eliminating the need for sleeves and nut tightening typical of compression fittings. Simply push the tubing into the fitting until it bottoms out. Disassembly is also straightforward: press the release button, hold against the body, and pull the tubing from the fitting. The D-seal provides a reliable seal on the tubing’s O.D. in both static and dynamic conditions, deforming during insertion to reduce insertion force while maintaining sealing integrity. A thread sealant on all male threads prevents system contamination. These fittings are silicone-free, 100% leak tested, and date coded for quality and traceability.
